Do I need to know accounting?
No. MYN is not an accounting system. If you can write an invoice by hand, you can use MYN.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. MYN works in the browser on a phone, a tablet or a computer. There is also a mobile app and a POS app for a shop counter.
Can I send invoices on WhatsApp?
Yes. MYN makes the PDF and you send it straight to the customer on WhatsApp, or by email from inside the app.
Can I keep my own invoice design?
Yes. Upload the Word template you already use and MYN fills in the customer, the items, the total and the due date.
Does it work for a shop?
